Pros
Luxexcel is a very nice company to work at for multiple reasons: * They do research of cutting edge technology. * There are no toxic employees, everyone is always trying to help each other. * Balance between work/life is just amazing (more holidays than usual offered in the market). * Startup culture (For some this might not be a plus, but for me it's just awesome the fact that the company don't have that much bureaucracy and they are result driven). * Competitive salary.
Cons
The only downside I can actually mention is the fact that the company main facility is located in a small town from Belgium, other that that there are no negatives.
