We are pleased to see that you would recommend Excelian to future employees and that you feel that you have been able to experience lots of exciting projects. The practice do try to keep employees up to date with the pipeline of work via updates in the form of monthly updates, and quarterly townhalls, but I will feed this back to them directly. Thank you.

      Pros

      Not a great atmosphere to work in, the office was a bit like a room full of the living dead.

      Cons

      The workplace culture is broken. Very talented people but management fails to listen to their input if it is nonconformist thinking.

      Cons

      After over 14 years of service and over 3 years of no bonus, I was given a notice of redundancy following only 8 weeks on bench by an offshore "resource manager" with whom I had zero relationship with. No thank you, no good bye, no nothing, out the virtual door you go.
