      Career opportunities are good; small start-up gives you more freedom to try ideas and learn new things. Communications among the company are easy. Recognition & feedback fast from management team.

      Cons

      Should focus on what is most critical in the severe financial crunch. Spend resources wisely and carefully. Good start-up, not so good timing.
