Pros

Company with lots of potentials in a niche market (luxury real estate). Great customers (realtors).

Cons

Misled (lacking vision and direction), mismanaged (lacking managerial skills), fairly weak culture (lacking guiding principles), some bad business practices (favoritism, unnecessary pressure), lacks innovation (needing to invest in R&D) and high employee turnover rate (needing to invest in employee satisfaction).

Pros

Location. Fun to walk to the market, close to down town and to stadiums, capital hill and queen anne.

Cons

Horrendous moral, the only culture is that of a negative tone set by leadership which is weak and inexperienced at best. lack of employee development, lack of clear direction of company and place among competitors in market. Company has lacked innovation or development of new products for years. no creativity. no vision for forward direction of company. Stale and outdated for their niche in the industry. Regurgitating what others in their market place have already done. Environment is lack luster. Not a professional office in the least. Has a 'one day sale' at the flea market feel - but not in a cool vintage way. No windows or natural light, mold in the walls, standing sewer water in the copy and office materials area, musty and water stained carpets, random particles drop from the ceiling onto employees, toilets leak from upstairs thru the ceiling onto the employees, the walls drip and the office floods when it rains too hard..garbage cans will be placed all over the office to collect the water, or they just let it puddle on the carpet. The air is musty and stinky, no ventilation system, no windows, the kitchen is two feet from bathroom. It's gross, who wouldn't want to work there? Pay is below average, not a live-able or competitive wage for Seattle. This company prefers to hire young and inexperienced, fresh out of college graduates or employees with little work experience. Due to the low salary and compensation plans they do not attract, recruit or hire experienced talent. Horrible moral. Inexperienced leadership and a checked out owner. A company with potential that it will sadly never reach it unless it dumps the current management team and starts over with qualified leadership and experienced managers who know how to lead teams and generate diverse revenue streams in a positive environment and friendly culture.

Pros

Nice location on Western Avenue in the heart of Seattle Realtors/Customers were wonderful to work with Bus fares were paid for

Cons

While the location is nice, the building itself is not. Odd substance falling from the ceiling, and little to no natural light. Lack of a fire door is also a cause for concern. Poor leadership due to micro-management and the perpetuation of a mentally abusive work environment. Management encourages bullying in the workplace, by giving promotions to those who bully others. There is a void where culture should be. Very little positive feedback, and very few team building events. Little to no raises due to penny pinching by management.
