Pros

No particular positive that I can think of.

Cons

1- Destroys the careers of employees by firing them at any point without reason 2- Senior management scold using un parliamentary language 3- No training provided but targets from Day-1 4- All the promises during offer are broken and your offer letter is a joke 5- HR, Marketing and Sales Departments are very cunning and play the blame game on you 6- Rare to find a happy employee in the company 7- No leaves, benefits, get to gathers e.tc. 8- Company is Vision less, Direction less and everything less.

Pros

Good food at office. Nothing much apart from that.

Cons

ESOP's here are a joke. Nobody has been given ESOP's here even those who have been working here from more than 2 years. Not sure how many are getting their annual bonus component also. It is a company ran by crooks. If you are joining here ask everything as a fixed compensation. Working life balance is zero. Even if there is no work you are expected to be there till 10 PM everyday just to keep the bosses happy. Read the offer letter carefully. There is a 3 month notice period. You will be rotting in the same hell if you don't like it or you will have bail yourself by paying out the salary for 3 months. Product wise there is no focus management keeps on jumping from one thing to another like a mad guy. Nothing is working and i have no hope it work in future also. Check out at linkedin from people who have worked here and left. Even 2 out 5 will not say join here. My advice also is Stay Away, Save your life.

Advice to Management Please respect an employees work hardwork. We come with lots of hope n respect operations team. On national holidays they come to office to wrk not other teams. Please define what growth means to you. Stretching working hours: we clearly set the expectations for everyone that we have many milestones to achieve and all our employees are required to put their best efforts for the same. Hence operations team is no exception, we don't have 9 to 5 kind of jobs in Lybrate. Even we are only 2 years old then also we have subsidized lunch, well maintained office with all basic facilities, full covered medical insurance for all employees [free of cost, we do not deduct premium account from employee's salary], office parties etc. Sundays are very much working for operations team and each & every person who applies is aware of this. As we have a roaster and people can take a off during weekdays in lieu of that. Operations is 24*7 process and it can not be closed on Sunday. If you are looking for fixed off on Sunday, please choose a Company accordingly. Lybrate is not forcing people to jojn the team. We appreciate those who come by their own will to learn & grow. Management team is obviously thinking about employees and that is why we have maintained this small but awesome team :) We never promise a salary during interview, it is always offered before joining. So one can take a decision to join or not to join. Operations team is backbone of Lybrate and our success depends on all our teams. If anyone is working on National holiday then it is always a mutual decision and we pay double salary on such occasions to keep the motivation high. Hope we have answered all the points mentioned above.
