Good team, good pay (it has to be).

Cons

Toxic and arrogant upper management who are out of control. Zero trust, you'll be thrown under the bus by people with louder voices than yours if they are the flavour of the day. Rampant nepotism. Can be a good job short term but it's career death to stick around.
