Pros

Nothing, nothing, nothing, They will at-least pretend to listen to you but it will fall on deaf ears.

Cons

Broken toilet, broken elevator, messy and stinking kitchen, horrible infrastructure, primitive computers, salary not on time, taking away your certificates for a year so that you don't run away. It works like a scamming company

Great people, but lack of transparency

Pros

I really enjoyed the people I worked with and made a lot of friends at Lycos. The location was also convenient, not having to commute into the city for a tech job was great for me, and I had a good work/life balance.

Cons

Employees were left in the dark about where the company was going, which left me very uncertain of my job security after a while there.

the people are fun to be around. the teams are small enough to be very agile. the office spaces are OK for a company of fewer than 100

Cons

too many things at once, cannot focus on execution to the best of our abilities, people are very relaxed and friendly but don't work extremely hard - for a place heralded as the valley on the east coast (Boston), don't see many Google-type engineers
