      Highly skilled and motivated construction crews, poor leadership.

      Pros

      Very good Superintendents and crews to work with. Very good support from Equipment Rental, Safety, Office and Clerical staff.

      Cons

      Disingenuous and disconnected top-level management. CEO speaks with compassion for employees but actions don't align with the words. VP and upward levels are cliquish and lack interpersonal skills. Leadership has little or no understanding of the contributions of support positions and recognition is non-existent. Bellevue division is more dysfunctional than Spokane.

      Pros

      Hard to think of anything really positive... Lower level employees are hard workers? Not really since the Sr leaders don't lead by example and are done by 3:30

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch and does not live up to our own company values. I think we are on a slow death spiral.

      Pros

      The pay is excellent. Co-workers are hardworking and supportive. The work is diverse and interesting.

      Cons

      If you have a work injury on the job, and /or are female you might not be taken seriously, or be a valued employed for long. This is my perspective of what I experienced and hopefully is a rare occurrence.
