      Pros

      Excellent opportunities and growth potential with the company. Leadership has an open door policy and is very transparent. Culture and team work is emphasized. Lykes Insurance has an interesting history that is unique for an insurance agency. And the resources Lykes invests in helps support our growth goals and our clients. Parking is onsite and downtown Tampa is thriving! It is a fun, challenging and rewarding place to work.

      None- other than the commute being rough.

      I like the combination of professionalism and family feel. Decisions are local, no bureaucracy.

      Things are very budget driven, so growth is slow, but steady.

      Cons

      High turnover. Poor/shady management that makes bad business decisions. Service people get let go when sales team isn't selling, but sales team goes untouched. Overpaid sales staff that are lazy and don't perform, underpaid service team that does all the work.
