The company has a probable good outlook for improvement in the next months/Year. Some of the team members are very nice and supportive.
Cons
The top managers' decisions do the consider the well-being of the majority of employees. You may feel undervalued or disregarded sometimes. Overall is disorganized.

The office vibe was nice for a while, nice team events from time to time
Cons
Terrible management, 4 lay off rounds, no money, coffee is disgusting. There is no middle management, targets are highly unrealistic, C-level unreachable and incompetent, decisions are taken spontaneously with little to no data, lower management suggestions are not considered. They ask you a lot, without providing the necessary resources.
