1.Salary negotiations are terrible. a. Human Resources low blows a client regardless if he or she is more than qualified for the position 2.Benefits are not good a. No 401k - they offer a 403B b. Holidays are deducted from your Earned Time c. You don't get Compensated for not purchasing the Insurance program d. 3 Different parking lots that you have choose from then pay for (however all are full after a certain time) Company does not reimburse you if you can not fine parking. e. If you are a Salary employee you don't get compensated for work that you do after hours

co workers are amazing, everyone from receptionist, therapists, medical assistants to the doctors. good benefits. the staff really care about the work they do!

Cons

senior management is disconnected or refuses to listen to the concerns of those providing services to the patients. the behavioral health senior management does not care and causes more issues just to solve them

Direct service providers (i,e., medical providers, nurses and therapists) are an amazing group of people who truly care about their clients and each other. The mission of LCHC in terms of providing care for those most in need is an honorable one.

Cons

Behavioral Health Senior Management is extremely difficult to work with. They are micromanagers and do not value the input or needs of their teams. It makes clinicians feel disrespected and not valued.
