If you are looking to start a career in Medical Sales this is a short term spot.

Cons

Micro managed everyone is paid a different salary to start. Then you go on straight commission. It is a free for all other reps are allowed in your territory if it is making the owner so money. Hard to compete with competing distributors as pricing is set way to high.

None at all! If you want to leave your house at 730 am and not get home until 6pm, this is the job for you! And if by working 55 hours a week for 50k a year is your thing, this job is for you! They will say you can make 6 figures but even if you hit goal, it’s loop hole after loop hole. Not only are the owners liars and will gas you up about the potential, their son that over runs it all is clueless. The guy can’t even form compete sentences with the proper punctuation.

Cons

Everything. The owners are old school and classless. As they vacation for half the year in Mexico, they expect you to be a robot and provide slave labor so they can continue their lifestyle. The turnover is unbelievable. As you work your butt off in a cubicle in the middle of nowhere, they will be on a beach. You can make more at McDonalds than you can at this place.
