Pros

LVO is a busy place that keeps you moving! They always encouraged continuing education courses and cross trained in each area of the clinic allowing growth in the company. Positive work environment with fun coworkers! I only left to pursue school otherwise I’d still be there!

Cons

If you want a slow-paced and laidback job, this isn’t for you, but that wasn’t a con for me as my days flew by!

I had the privilege of working with amazing staff and optometrists. Learnt so many things along the way. I absolutely loved working at LVO!

It was a great work environment, the clients were usually pretty friendly and the office was big so you had a lot of staff to work with. I felt like I was making a difference every day at work. The doctors were very helpful, staff was kind

Some clients could be difficult, it got busy at times.
