Good staff. Good customers. Meals on long shifts.
Cons
Tips are not given to the waiting staff. They are shared equally among all employees (including managers)... often the kitchen porters and house keepers got more than those actually serving tables and being tipped. #illegal. Management doesn’t help out when busy, they usually sit in the office and complain about eachother. Rotas are published with 4 days notice.
