Pros
Simple but engaging work. Mostly good crew. Good benefits. Easygoing management if you don't ruffle feathers.
Cons
No room for growth or promotions. Skeleton crew means that busy season is understaffed and there's nowhere for you to move up. Certain management wants people to show initiative but only likes initiative when it fits their own ideas and they play favorites with it. There are NO pay raises because of the contract structure even for cost of living.
