The culture, even at the executive level, is to be willing to get your hands dirty and go to the ground floor where the sausage is made. It is a bad place to work if you want to punch a clock. Also a bad place for work for people that like a stable state. Be ready to work hard, be compensated accordingly. and to move really fast.
Lyra is fast growing and doesn't hesitate to give large responsibilities to all of its team members - regardless of seniority and years of experience. The leadership team does a good job of creating a competitive but friendly culture.
