Pros

Many great minds and talented young professionals working together in place. The core group often collaborated well when not feeling threatened.

Cons

Ownership is extremely difficult to please, often seen putting down employees in front of others to make himself look and feel better causing great competition, finger pointing and backstabbing within the office.

- Some of the people are very friendly/nice.

Cons

- Company doesn't know how to manage its employees (90% of marketing department quit while I was at the company) - A lot of office politics.

Pros

A few nice people here.

Cons

The company has furloughed and/or let go of almost everyone. The ones who are left are making less than 1/3rd of what they made previously. I am not sure they will be around much longer or how they intend to pay employees much longer - especially if there is another shut down. I expect that soon I will get notice that the health insurance premium hasnt Been paid. The company is receiving multiple collections letters daily and cannot pay. Bill Collectors are always calling. There is little to no diversity.
