We pride ourselves on the positive culture at M-Files, and believe that's the key reason that very few employees choose to leave. We compete in a large and competitive market, and are growing dramatically faster than the market overall, and faster than any other single competitor. It's true that our rapid growth and highly competitive market creates a fast-paced and dynamic environment that is also sometimes hectic and high-stress. Regardless, the only way we can continue to grow and succeed as we have in the past is by creating high value for our customers, and the only way we can do that is by retaining employees. That requires that we maintain an environment where people enjoy working. Again, your personal experience notwithstanding, we feel our strong employee retention and rapidly increasing base of satisfied customers indicates we're doing that well overall. Like other fast growing companies, M-Files is constantly evaluating and refining our processes and organization, so your feedback is appreciated.
