      Startup struggles without startup perks

      employees get great discounts on shoes for themselves and for their friends/family.

      Cons

      Unclear direction from leadership. Had to do whatever C-suite wanted, even if it wasn’t backed by data or historical indicators. No 401k match. Stressful environment due to struggling business outlook.
