      Robot-like management from some C-Level executives- Zero EQ

      Pros

      Great pay Perfect remote working culture Nice packages (L&D, Home office) Great work-life balance Supportive environment for new hires Permanent contracts

      Cons

      Some female leaders in top positions are the worst, zero emotional intelligence Extremely hard to get internal promotions, external candidates get senior roles. Internal employees have to go above and beyond to earn a promotion. Internal politics taking a center stage No transparency in hiring for new roles, feels more like "Who do you know kind of thing" Some positions filled with a preconceived "Appointment hiring", as opposed to a transparently competitive hiring.

      Pros

      I have been part of the company for more than 4 months and so far it has been fantastic. I enjoy the low-ego that everyone shares. Everyone is supportive and keen to share their knowledge with the others.

      Cons

      It is not a cons for me as I was looking for a fully remote role; but it can be for anyone who may prefer the human interaction outside Teams.

      Lots of challenges and work that make your day fly by. You are empowered to do anything within your domain with no restrictions. Fantastic collaboration with other teams. No!! Blame culture. Best remote culture.
