The management doesn’t care or respect you are a person the will treat you like a machine and you’ll never be respected

Management is a disaster. They have no clue what they’re doing, no direction, and no interest in listening to employees. Communication is non-existent, problems get swept under the rug, and when things blow up, they blame everyone else instead of owning it. It’s honestly embarrassing how poorly run this place is, the people in charge are the biggest obstacle to the company’s success
