Disorganized Environment with Limited Guidance

Pros

It could be considered a reasonable starting point for someone entering the workforce for the first time. It offers basic exposure to a professional environment and the opportunity to gain some initial experience.

Cons

The work environment can feel quite toxic at times, and there is a noticeable lack of organization and clear internal processes. Many employees appear to have limited prior experience, which affects the overall level of expertise within teams. Management tends to rely heavily on micromanagement instead of trusting employees to work independently. In addition, there is limited technological infrastructure and technical know-how, which makes daily work more difficult than it should be. Employees also receive very little guidance or mentorship, making professional growth challenging.

Pros

- Friendly work environment. - No overtime.

Cons

- Salary: Only if you are an engineer is the salary decent, and even then the market offers more competitive packages. - Leadership tends to promote “their people” (promotion -> mostly in terms of salary increases, with actual role promotions being rare) - Few employees have true expertise in their field. - They seem to think that free office coffee and secret Santa can make up for poor salaries. - Outdated collaboration methods.
