Pros
Good, affordable benefits. Profit sharing Pretty decent culture Lower Management does a good job at trying to accomodate to your needs. Awesome work life balance; you don't have to have pto in order to take off.
Cons
You have to wait for the company to sell (every 3-5 years) to receive profit sharing. Raises could be better PTO could be better Not sure if this is a company wide thing, but there's a decent amount of miscommunication between management and operations

Pros
Not hard if you're familiar with heavy duty engines, a lot of opportunity to get more pay, commission is fair and it does reflect your work ethic.
Cons
Phone system will screw over your sales by taking your local customers and sending them to other locations stealing your sales.
