The benefits were decent and the building was nice. Some very knowledgeable people were around to help.

If you are not a white man you will not get very far with this company. Blatant bullying of women was allowed. The contribution of women is glossed over despite the fact that women do 90% of the actual work. The overall culture was pretty toxic.
