Pros

Good communication on priority work and very little interruption from management. Fair pay and great working environment with a small but dedicated team.

Cons

Sometimes work would be slow so the day seemed longer but thats really my only complaint.

Pros

On a management standpoint, M2 had their quality program and their HR processes well spelled out in an easy to access website making management much smoother for a day to day process. Other companies can learn from their format of Safety/Quality programs.

Cons

The health insurance could improve, but most companies nowadays struggle with finding affordable health coverage.

FRCSE has many perks mechanics don't normally see at work, a selection of over 3 cafeterias and break rooms, many different tool rooms, they supplied all tools and keep normally used parts and parts to be used that day stocked in bins located around the work area, no need to waste time retrieving most items needed to complete a job.

Cons

No time off for first year. Everyone that is Union FRCSE direct hire is your boss, even though everyone was mostly happy working there.
