Small consulting company and management struggles to generate revenue, push everyone to do sales activities even juniors, fights alot and plays politics games always, change strategy and do restructuring every 6 months, and both founding partners give false promises all the time to the

First off, the salaries are not even close to market level, let that sink in while you continue reading. Second, management makes promises and does not deliver on any of those promises, they pretty much pull the carpet out from under you, leaving you speechless. Third, since the firm requires everyone at every level to sell, there are constant internal squabbles, which sometimes even present themselves in front of clients (very embarrassing and unprofessional), again leaving you totally speechless. I've never actually been backstabbed by a 'colleague', before coming to work here. Last but not least, due to incompetent management, and since everyone must 'sell sell sell!', they have a real cashflow problem and frequently 'restructure', which results in layoffs, yet management continues to give themselves fat bonuses, and promote other incompetent people (less experience, but great at brown-nosing), thus continuing the cycle of incompetence. Stay far far away from this shop at all costs, even if extremely desperate. You'll thank me later.
