      Friendly employee environment but not working friendly

      Pros

      The corporate employee environment is very good. Everyone here is very co-operative to the new employees. The management tries to be very helpful and keen. Salary reaches on time. The learning curve is good on my view.

      Cons

      The technical leads will never underestimate their abilities and always try to cover up the weakness. Very bad inspiring company. Shows false motivations. No balanced work time with no extra paying. Some times no holidays. Treat you paying 5k USD where they actually pay you less than 500 USD. Don't be fooled with this US-Based company. It doesn't work like any US-Based company.

      Timely Salary, Competitive Salary The learning curve is moderately good

      Cons

      They can fire you when they need. Even though they might be fired you by the cause of multiple days you reached the office lately You will do work 2-3 hours every day after office time, without any extra paid. Your Boss does not behave well with you This is USA based, And they treat you same professionalism with paying $500 USD instead of paying like $5000 USD

      Friendly coworkers. No delay in payment.

      Cons

      They do not like innovative people, usually looking for slaves who will say yes to every idea. Claiming that they pay above avarage which is a lie There is literally no benefits, sometimes they even make you work on holidays and not paying for it. Management does not care about employees, they just ask for everything from the employees and not giving anything back. They will ask you to do stuff that is not related to your position and if you fail it will be your fault. Some people from the management are so rude
