      - Small company so you get to know everyone quickly - Easy industry to understand

      - Power lies with a few execs and decisions are not always rational - Growth is limited - Culture needs to be improved as there are lots of low performing employees

      Stay away. In March 2023, a new director took over, and changed the work environment to a toxic place. Stay away.

      None, just a terrible place to work. Was not always like that.
