      A lot of opportunity to rise in the company quickly. Opportunity to work in many different aspects of the business. Flexible hours and vacation schedule.

      Cons

      Lack of structure and leadership. Never any evaluation of performance, and lack of strong client relationships leads to very little longevity in projects.
