      Ship is sinking -Fast!

      Pros

      Some really great, smart people. Fortune 100 clients, albeit not very many of them. Interesting AI work and moving to the cloud.

      Cons

      Company is in constant chaos, knee jerk reactions to unhappy customers. CEO oversells with massively unrealistic expectations and then a lack of communication. Turnover is extremely high, both with resignations and firing. Already fired this year five senior managers/execs and numerous developers and solution architects If you decide to join, you will have barely a 1 in 3 chance of surviving a year.

      Pros

      Lots of really nice, talented people. For me at least the workload was reasonable.

      Cons

      It's an "emperor has no clothes" situation with the product. It was plagued with technical problems, and even its overall design just didn't have functionality to solve even basic problems. But everybody is expected to be blown away by how amazing it is. A lot of the political problems, dishonesty, client issues, etc all stem from this fact.

      for the most part, friendly people.

      Cons

      Never saw what the actual product was. No direction ever given and many egos caused major communication issues. Especially at senior management level. Very difficult to feel comfortable and successful there.
