Pros

Work hours, remote work, and PTO flexibility is very good for most, but not all teams, There are many areas of learning opportunity here and it will definitely become a resume padder after a couple years. There is relatively low accountability, which could be considered a con, but it also leads to lower stress. This is a place where you can make mistakes and I suggest you do what you can to learn and make those mistakes over the course of a couple years before moving on to somewhere else.

Cons

You should not expect to make an above average salary here for any position. Folks go years without even a cost of living adjustment. Lack of focus from the top has everyone jumping around from one thing to the next leading to never truly being able to perfect, or even make something really great. A single point of critical decision making for all areas of the business is just not how a business can operate.

Pros

There are a few good people who work here.

Cons

Massively undervalued talent. Pay is 60-70% below average. There are people who have been there 15+ years who've never gotten a raise. Benefits are expensive and AWFUL. No 401k matching. Stingy PTO. No training. No opportunities - you'll be doing the same thing over and over. There are a few "lifers" in leadership who have never worked anywhere else and have no idea what being good at their job actually looks like. There are way too many brands and too few people to work on them, so at any given time 80% of the brands are being ignored.
