Perhaps this position might be okay if you've never had any exposure to RF and Microwave circuits.
Cons
The job was an extremely low pay job for an electrical engineer with a BSEE - about $75k. You're essentially a technician with a four year degree.

Pros
Used to be very talented engineering team. Still some of the folks are good. Get to work on very technologically challenging projects if correct initiative is shown.
Cons
Most of the talented people left thanks to not promoting them by management at right time. Software is considered secondary. Hence their inputs are not taken timely and seriously.
