Pros

12 hr shift,3 on 3off,4on 4off. Gives a nice short work week. Benefits were good.

Cons

No training. Supervisors show no professionalism, managers do not treat employees seriously. Pay should be more, and they need to treat employees with more dignity.

Pros

Employees were great Updated facilities Better than average technology

Cons

Lack of direction and/or direct answers from management Rushed technology implementations and lack of training lead to downstream product mismanagement Full time contract to permanent roles tend to remain a multi-extension contract with no retroactive PTO if hired after contracting for years

Pros

My boss is usually out 2 days/ wk. Pay is average when this is factored in. PTO/holiday schedule is decent.

Cons

No advancement. No training. Majority of the time, I'm "listening to my boss" rather than "doing my job". Quantity over quality. Instead of working together early on, managers/engineers just put aside problems until the last second, then argue like children.
