where to start the team from PMs to direct line supervisors are a joke on bragg MAG just needs to leave Bagg and never return. The HR team is a joke and they do not support veterans as they claim they do

Local management had an eye for talent, and allowed a cohesive team culture to take shape and flourish.

Cons

The company had difficulty getting out of its own way and trusting it's teams to know how to address the issues we were contracted to address. They never hesitated when there was an opportunity to cut corners on tooling, travel or pay.

Great base manager in Sudbury HR was very responsive to email inquiries Company housing in Sudbury was clean and well maintained Sudbury maintenance was fantastic

Cons

Company housing in Sudbury was right next to the train tracks. Had to switch Hotels during training. Crew housing was not available until a month after training started. Dealing with the MNR was frustrating at times especially since the Sudbury base wasn't assigned a lot of patrols in the start of the season.
