- If you are highly qualified, the salary is considered very low, and you better move to another company. - No clear career development path. - Some employees when find a better job and try to leave, management will disrupt the job offer, by contacting the other company. - Bad work life balance, and a lot of extra work hours without extra money. - No fair salary policy is in place. Your salary depends mostly on your negotiation skills. - There is no plan/vision for the company, and If there is one, no one share it with the employees.
