Pros
Generally nice work environment. Good work life balance. Super creative and dynamic team of professional make up artists. Some wonderful senior management and team members. Professional artists that build the product line are so talented and educated. They are the lifeblood of the company and should be treated as such. They are what makes mufe special in a crowded market and keep the connection to the purpose/conception of the brand.
Cons
Lack of opportunity to move on and up even after proven success and nothing but positive feedback. Newer hires promoted toxic work behavior, unpleasant vibe started to form that was not typical for this work environment. Negative team members overpowered the positive , creative vibes and camaraderie that made MUFE special.
