      Bonus and commission are decent.

      Cons

      Berating, demeaning, forceful culture is normal. Regular sexual remarks and abuse. Unusually high turnover (red flag). They literally do think they're in Wolf of Wall Street, it's so cringe. If they tried working in a real company they would be getting calls from HR daily and likely fired first week on the job. Most of the leadership are just teenagers who haven't matured yet. Look at all the 5 star reviews below - they're all from the same day. Could it be any more obvious they're writing fake reviews because they're hiding a dumpster fire? Be thankful that you read this review. Move on and apply to literally any other workplace for a better experience.

      Cons

      Working at MAM is great when you are growing their portfolio or when you are billing. However, they disregard employees who need extra help and will happily terminate their contact as they see fit. In addition to this when you do decide to leave, the company’s CEOs become bitter. Alongside threatening comments, they try to belittle you into making you stay. They have this supposedly amazing bonus scheme that is meant to be paid out in April. This is never the case and they defer payments instead of the lump sum you have supposedly earned. They believe they have the best platform, yet they will not pay out on the date they say. My advice is, it is good for someone who wants a starting role in recruitment, but once you have gained the skills needed to be successful, leave immediately. Alongside a toxic and misogynistic work culture, this companies morals are below par. There is a reason why their turnover is higher than any other company I have worked for.
