Manta is indeed a startup and, like many other startups, quickly adjusting to the current market and economy often requires a swift change in direction. Sometimes, this means making very hard management decisions, such as parting ways with our talented team to ensure sustainability.
As a growing company, we develop processes as we grow together with our people, which means that some processes (like team-specific onboarding, careers, and goals) are also built together as the team and company evolve and stabilize. Last year has been quite strong in terms of process implementation, (recruitment, general onboarding, communication, tools, benefits, job descriptions, etc.), and career paths and performance are indeed one of the key elements in the roadmap. This feedback reinforces that we are indeed on the right path, but there is still a lot to do, so thank you for sharing.
