      It's a suitable entry-level position for those who enjoy learning on the job. It involves considerable travel time on the road.

      Cons

      Overnight stays at mediocre motel/hotels. Many long days in the field.

      Pros

      My co-workers were some of the hardest working people with no appreciation from upper management.

      Cons

      Since the company was sold to a private equity firm, it's only about the money. There is no training or communication to improve an employee's challenge. They would rather set up employees for failure to lay them off.

      Employee satisfaction is a priority. Will work with personal and family challenges. Developing a training / intern program through local colleges for immediate hire as entry level staff. Many senior level staff that have been with the company since the beginning.

      Cons

      A 60-day waiting period before health benefits are available.
