Coworkers were very friendly and would help you when needed.
Cons
Shareholder Sean Modjarrad is a micromanaging/oblivious/overreaching boss. Tracking your “productivity” with every click, every website looked up all down to the second. Was denied a raise even though HR and Immediate supervisor gave glowing reviews. Also they were cheap.
The team was great, anytime I had questions I was able to get them answered in a timely fashion.
Cons
Managing shareholder was hard to get meetings with. Outlook from immediate supervisor was different from the managing shareholder. The conflict of differing views led me to believe one thing when in reality was something else entirely. Upper management a mess and no official HR department.
