      Opportunity to make client connections and bring in new business

      Cons

      Management is emotionally and egotistically driven. Management has been handed (not earned) their position. From what is understand from veteran employees, the new management took over after stomping all over the hand that fed them (not surprising) Everything done around here is based on power moves, not at all on a business plan or the slightest care about the staff.

      A handful of decent employees

      This is by far the most horrible company I have ever worked for. 99.9% of the employees are completely miserable, even the ones who appear to be happy. Leadership is horrendous. Using the term bully is an understatement when it comes to the "human" who is in charge of the back office. I have never seen a company go thru so many employees as this company. Weekly there are people quitting due solely to the management of this toxic company.

      Not much sometimes you got to drink during the day you know because that's professional

      If you even think of working here as a recruiter run very far away!! You don't always know who's really managing you or who you're supposed to answer to training is not on real schedule the way it should be. They say this is base plus commission yet have a whole list of charges that will come out of your commission and some of these things are definitely out of your control. It is an HR nightmare waiting to happen misogynistic attitude abound, inappropriate conversation and absolutely no professionalism. They will hire you and have you source and give all your people to top recruiters and then question why you aren't meeting their goals.
