Interesting experience on site, able to work 6 days a week.. or even more.. Good for people who want to learn and experience office politics
Cons
Overworked and underpaid, toxic environment, from the bottom to top level, people are playing politics, cross level politics are also observed. Managers looking down on technicians and engineers. On-Job Training and expects everyone to know different types of failure mechanism, but they do not realise that the people they hire are fresh graduate. Expects you to OT but ask you to cut down on the claim of OT when its rightfully yours. Company requires billable time-sheet, as company manage your time from hour to hour daily, you need to show what you done weekly to justify your pay (can't put in admin time, else they will question you as its not billable).
