      Good quality of life

      Pros

      Flexible with hours as long as it’s not abused. (ex: if you need to leave early one day, can stay late the next to make it up) No weekends or holidays in some parts of the lab.

      Cons

      PTO is not substantial and accrues slowly and will absolutely not allowed unpaid time off.

      Pros

      Flexibility with no micromanagement. Downtime is yours as long as your work is done and you don't ignore work or push it off on co-workers.

      Cons

      Skeleton staffing, Pay isn't great.

      Pros

      PTO, pay, benefits, 401k match, parties, company supports your growth and will help you pursue certifications. MAWD is a breath of fresh air after having worked for a less-than-supportive employer.

      Cons

      Lab is temporarily spread across two locations.
