Clear directions and expectations on what you are suppose to do

Toxic management. The ceo and ceo son can be difficult to work with. The ceo specifically is straight up racist and does not hide it. They do not really care or treat their employees well. There is no room for mobility or growth since its a family / small company. Pay is mediocre. Everyone is miserable there and it has an extremely high turnover rate. The PTO given is astronomically low. Single digits per year.
