Nothing, Honestly was the worst place to work, it was depressing and had not life of culture

Cons

No life or culture, work load gets dumped on you the first week you start and they expect you to make miracles happen right away. They start bullying you and making an example out of you to all the staff in the meetings if you do not hit target

The WORST management I have ever seen. My direct Line Manager had complaint after complaint for bullying several staff members and they reward her with a more senior role. DONT work here if you expect HR to look after you because they wont.
