Revolving door of plant managers that have NO interest in the workers or what they do. No raises, no bonuses. No employee appreciation AT ALL. Disgusting. Toxic environment.
My coworkers and supervisors are always friendly and ready to help when needed.
I feel like my work is appreciated, and everyone works as a team.
