      Ability to work from home; a large backlog, but relaxed and flexible schedule; nice office with plenty of space; good middle-management; open to new technology;

      Cons

      HR (or lack of): my first paycheck and a later bonus were both late by several weeks; upper management micro-manages design and is completely inflexible on design changes;
