      None. Really. Sometimes they have parties.

      Cons

      This company is giving people gift cards to leave positive reveiws so don't trust what people are saying. This company will change your schedule, make promises they never intend to keep and make the job harder to do to please investors and management who have no idea how to do the jobs they do usually. The middle management is unkind, unprofessional and fighting constantly for glory. Awful place to work. The work is easy. The workplace environment seems okay at first until you realize how they operate and that they do not care about their employees, work life balance or anything. The pay is pretty awful and they will only ever give negative feedback. They play favorites alot for some departments over others.

      Horrible company that ruined a great office

      The are absolutely no pros.

      This company partnered with the office I have worked at for a decade about 4 years ago. Everything with this company is a con starting with the assurance that they are a "silent partner". For a silent partner who gives full control and decision making to the doctors, they micro manage everything. I knew when our doctor told us about his partnership with this company what he was telling us was too good to be true. Turns out I was right. They control everything down to approving the purchase of office supplies (which they routinely deny). The office I work for went from everyone loving their jobs to dreading coming in everyday. The only reason I have stayed since they came into the mix is because I love my coworkers and the doctors. They are the best people I have ever worked with or for and everyday I feel sorry that they got bamboozled into partnering with this horrible company.

      Outstanding IT culture with strong support for growth

      Pros

      The IT department culture here is genuinely outstanding. Leadership is supportive, collaborative, and invested in the team's growth. One of the biggest perks has been access to free online training courses. The company actively encourages continuous learning and makes resources readily available. It's rare to find an employer that puts this much emphasis on developing its IT staff professionally.

      Cons

      Like any large organization, there are moments where cross-departmental communication can slow things down, but the IT team handles it well and stays solution focused.
