      Pros

      There are few positives. The interview process was easy and did not take long to go from interview to offer (three weeks, with government client approval).

      Cons

      Management: Non-existent. Do not expect guidance or direction, this firm leaves you entirely to the client's will. Pay/Benefits: Basic, lower salary for the industry. Growth: None. You are hired to staff a contract, there is virtually no room for growth or any way to even determine a growth path here.

      No management at all and the company try to steal your money all time. They try to stop your 401k or won’t give you at all disregard what is said on the contract
