Billable hours and realization determine your fate. You are no more to the company than a percentage on a piece of paper. You get lectured if you don't meet realization goals, and you also get lectured when you don't meet billable time. This acts as a huge double edged sword when entering your daily time. The only way to get ahead is to pass off your work to other people, and then fail to take responsibility for any errors made by the untrained staff you give your work to. People who succeed at this company cannot be trusted, and likely aren't people that other staff like working with. The training resources are improving, but are still quite poor. You will still be held responsible for any mistakes you make regardless of how new you are to the field, the client, or the task at hand. In the time I have spent here, I have come and left work feeling very small and undervalued.
